We had a fantastic time today at the Run4Another walk/run event.  The weather cooperated! You had your choice of doing a 2.5 km, 5 km or 10 km walk/run through the trails at Bechtel Park. Refreshments afterwards. To start the run off, we were tapped in with the One4Another group in Uganda and the children there called out the countdown to the race. And we were off!!

Event Details for 2017

Run4Another is an event for runners, joggers, walkers and families of all ages and abilities. Top fundraisers will be matched with a specific child in need of surgery and receive updates before and after surgery.  There will be snacks, and merchandise to give away. Enjoy family, fitness, and fun knowing that a child will have a new chance at life because of your efforts.

Your support will go directly to funding children’s surgeries in Uganda. Did you know that for between $500 and $1,000, a child with club feet can have them straightened? Lets help them reach their goal of raising $18,000!
