29 years ago, on November 1st, 1996, we opened our doors as Gary Baverstock Realty Inc. On November 4th, 1996, we joined forces with Coldwell Banker and became Coldwell Banker Gary Baverstock Realty. After 7 years working at other brokerages, we felt it was time to become our own bosses. We have not looked back.
